Vice President of Operations, Student Engagement and Logistics

For the past fifteen years, Ilaria Pesco, has been working in Higher Education and currently serves as the Director Student Leadership and Involvement Center at the University of Redlands.  As the Director of Student Leadership and Involvement, Ilaria supervises various areas of Student Affairs including Residence Life, Study Abroad, Student Government, New Student Orientation, Greek Life, Outdoor Programs/Intramurals, Leadership Training and Campus Programming.

Ilaria received her Bachelor of Arts in Government in 1996 and her Master’s Degree in Higher Education Administration in 1998 both from the University of Redlands. She is pursuing her Ph.D. in Higher Education/Student Affairs from Claremont Graduate University.
