The Circle of Change Leadership Experience is a 501 c(3) organization that is on a mission to help student leaders discover the leader from within, develop the leadership and professional skills necessary to attain career leadership success, and inspire this special group of diverse student leaders to make a positive impact in their community, nation, and world!

Each year, this transformational leadership experience attains its goal of impacting the lives of student leaders nationally through the use of incredible leadership development programs that are centered around national conferences, mentorship programs, quarterly leadership webinars, coaching calls, and an incredible apprenticeship program for students interested in being involved with the organization.

In addition to these amazing leadership development programs, the Circle of Change Leadership Experience also hosts an annual three-day national leadership conference in Los Angeles, California that enables 250 plus diverse student leaders to hear from dynamic keynote speakers, engage in six incredible leadership empowerment break out sessions, and learn from more than 70 different professionals from top tier companies and organizations during our interactive paneled sessions and speed networking event.

In addition to these incredible leadership opportunities at the national conference, there is a service learning project, an experiential leadership activity, networking opportunities with students and professionals, and a series of reflection, assessment, and group activities with trained student affair professionals who serve as leadership coaches throughout the weekend.

These powerful leadership sessions with our trained coaches and facilitators center around helping student leaders reflect upon the conference experience, develop a leadership identity/brand, create a powerful vision and purpose statement, identify their ethical leadership compass, create their future dream team, implement a strategic action plan for career leadership success, and having an increased awareness about ways they can make a positive impact in their community, nation, and world.
